Encouraging Life Coaching by Telephone
All phone charges are included in your coaching fee, wherever you live in the world. This is also supplemented by email coaching, as well as short catch-up calls when required (no charge).
Who do I work with?
I specialize in working with people who need frequent encouraging and support in achieving their goals, particularly in the areas of exercise and weight loss. Some already know what they want and some have already started and just need someone beside them to help them keep going. My specialty is removing underlying emotional issues that cause the self-sabotage that results in giving up. As far as I know, no other life coaching service offers this kind of specialized encouraging and counseling support.
Is there any guarantee on Encouraging Life Coaching?
If you are not satisfied with your coaching for any reason, we'll both be able to recognize it and at your request you shall be refunded that month's coaching fees.
What can an Encouraging Life Coaching coach provide?
Most times it is a mixture of accountability, a sounding board, inspiration, challenge, validation, encouragement and support. Plus you get practical solutions to dealing with your fears, procrastination, motivation and old beliefs that have held you back. The experience of working towards your goals with another person is very rewarding and effective.
How long do people usually work with an Encouraging Life coach?
We work together for any length of time that you feel you are getting value from the coaching. The beginning contract is for one month after which you will automatically renew on a monthly basis until you choose to finish. After an initial coaching period (usually one to three months), we can switch to a less frequent coaching/support program that suits your needs.
What do I do as an Encouraging Life coach?
My life coaching provides you with accountability and encouraging support as you move towards your goals. The other thing I can give you is counseling on emotional issues that are impeding your progress. Using the remarkable Emotional Freedom Techniques I can help you eliminate the old beliefs that cause you to self-sabotage. You will learn this skill and have it for life. No other life coaching service provides counseling support.
My aim is to give you more value than the coaching fees you pay. Most life coaching services give only 3 sessions per month and charge considerably more than I do. You also get the daily encouraging emails to motivate you.
Many people like to begin firstly by applying for my free ten day course of coaching by email. These sessions actually cover some of the preliminary material that you would cover in your first sessions with a regular life coach. Other life coaches might think I'm giving the game away by doing this but my aim is to get you thinking so as to save you time and money in the personal Encouraging Life coaching sessions when you do decide to engage me as your Encouraging Life coach.
